Book An Appointment

• For EAP Referrals, please Email or Contact me as per your EAP email confirmation. EAP Referrals cannot be processed through this Online Booking System.
• If you require Therapy at a reduced rate, please contact me to discuss possible options.
• For couples therapy and family therapy, I see each member individually for a first session. Please book two appointments – one for each member individually.
• Please note that you cannot book an appointment on behalf of another person, as the client themselves needs to complete the online consent forms themselves to consent to psychotherapy.
• Cancellations and re-scheduling can easily be managed via the online scheduler Bookeo, in the email and text confirmation.
• Once you have scheduled your appointment the intake form will automatically be sent to you. Please complete the form prior to your appointment.
